It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Fredrick Earl Buck (New Bern, North Carolina), who passed away on April 23, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Buck; his parents, Fred Buck and Tessie Buck; his son Fredrick Earl Buck, Jr.; and his sisters, Neva Lee Buck Woods and Phoebe Buck Shackleford.
He is survived by: his children, Phyllis Buck, Joe Buck (Debbie) and Tim Buck (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Cliff Buck (Lisa), Becky Mitchell (Michael), Kate Bennett (Adam), Bethany Dunnebacke (Joey) and Matthew Buck. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
