He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Jon Heggie (Crystal), Rebecca Stewart and Roderick McSorley; his siblings, Frances Britt, William McSorley, Phillip McSorley and Maria Thomas; his grandchildren, Jaid Labrie (Holden), Crystal Stewart, Cameron Stewart, Ryan Heggie, Stephanie Heggie and Brittany Pagano (Wayne); his great grandchildren, Oberyn Labrie, Ursula Labrie and Apple Eloise Pagano; his wife Deborah McSorley; and his parents, Hazel Cox Pitt and Francis Stapleton McSorley.
