In the vast expanse of eternity, Felicity Annette shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. She is survived by: her husband Charles Frazier Sr.; her parents, Billy Gladstone Moore and Mary Jeanette Varnadore White; and her children, Amanda Ryan (Scott), Michael Alligood (Tabitha), Misty Alligood and Andrew Alligood (Emma). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the American Heart Association in Felicity's (Lisa's) honor.
