She is survived by: her children, Delores M. Slade of New Bern, Patti M. Lupton (Glenn) of South River and Aubrey L. McKinney (Jill) of Alabama; and her grandchildren, Andy Slade (Cary) of Wilmington, Zachary Slade (Jodi) of Texas, Eric Slade (Heather) of Bridgeton, Thomas J. Lupton of Greenville and Amanda H. Moss (Greg) of Beaufort. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
