She is survived by: her husband Rev. Jesse B. Caton of New Bern; her sons, Billy Caton of New Bern and Jesse B. Caton, Jr. (Carrie) of Farmville; and her siblings, Nancy Murphy Mills of Greenville and Dalton "Peewee" Murphy of Grassy Creek. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
