He was predeceased by: his former wife Mary Esther Smith. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Smith; his daughter Debbie Meyers (Bob); and his stepchildren, Gary Kircher (Debbie) and Dana Bohlken. He is also survived by three brothers; five sisters; six grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
