He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Kelm and Freida Romer Kelm; his brother Wilford Kelm; and his nephew Wayne Kelm. He is survived by: his wife Ann Kelm; his son William Kelm (Carrie) of Belhaven; his grandchildren, Kristina Kelm of Pinetown, Richard Kelm of Portsmouth, VA and Tobias Kelm of Troy, NY; and his niece Wendy Wenk of Florida.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Olive Church of Christ (39353 US-264, Belhaven, NC 27810).
