He is survived by: his parents, Royce Clayton Moore, Jr. (RC) and Betty Morton Moore; his siblings, Cynthia "Cindy" M. Jones (Ricky), Susan Baty (Chip), Juliet M. Meyer (Rich) and Royce "Rusty" Clayton Moore, III (Pauline); his nieces and nephews, Joshua Jones (Mary), Clayton Moore, Kaitlyn Moore-Hissom (Madison), Jaime Donham (Kyle) and Sara Peele (Zack); and his close friend Gene Waters.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Crystal Coast Hospice House, 100 Big Rock Weigh, Newport, NC 28570.
