He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Carroll and Venie Carroll; and his sister Donna Potter. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Paschal Carroll; his children, Matthew Paschal (Jessica) and Mandi Paschal Lewis (Andrew Christie); his grandchildren, Phillip Edward, Bridget, Michaela, Juliana, Joseph Alan, Jacob and Cassidy; his child Pop; his siblings, Rebecca "Becky" Carroll and Shepherd "Shep" Carroll (Mary Ann); and his sister-in-law Judy Geiss (Walter). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and aunts.
