It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl William Chancellor (New Bern, North Carolina), born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on June 27, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Willard Chancellor and Ethel Sears Chancellor; his sister Jean Simmons; and his stepdaughter Johnette Sowder. He is survived by: his significant other Phyllis West Chancellor; his stepson Julian Ballenger; his niece Carol Jones; and his cousins, Cathy Mourie and Ann Craig.
