He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eleanor VanMiddlesworth and Paul VanMiddlesworth; his wife Bernadette; his children, Michelle Leithliter (Andrew) of Lafayette, IN, Neal VanMiddlesworth (Aimee) of Richmond, IN, Andrew Perry (Ashley) of Lafayette, IN, Ryan VanMiddlesworth (Susan) of Charleston, SC and Kyle VanMiddlesworth (Jenny Aron) of New Bern, NC; his grandson David Nemer of Brazil; and his brothers, Paul Alan (Nome) of San Marcos, CA, Gary (Diana) of Greencastle, IN and Rex (Diane) of Austin, Texas.. He was also cherished by twelve grandchildren.
