He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustus Latham and Mamie Potter Holton; and his sons, Donald A. "Gus" Holton and Eric Holton. He is survived by: his daughters-in-law, Marye Holton and Anne Marie Ryan Holton; and his cousins, Robert Glenn Waters (Cheryl), Ray Waters, Mary Lou O'Neal (Max) and Frankie Hill (Chris).
