He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Merwin Garner and Lola McGlone Garner; his sister Christiene Hickerson; his children, Kelly Garner Kilroy (Donald) and Matthew Dray Garner (Patricia); his siblings, Richard, Donald and Wilma Garner Phillips; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Jacob, Jack, Mattie and Faith.
