It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cynthia Lynn Bell of New Bern, North Carolina, born in Newport News, Virginia, who passed away on May 31, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward Bell, Sr. and Janice Fox Bell; and her brother William Edward Bell, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Lloyd Phillip Gray, II of New Bern, NC, Elizabeth Allison Gray of Greenville, NC and Victoria Ashley Gray of Wake Forest, NC; and her sister Crystal Bell Boyd (Kevin) of Pinetown, NC. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, one niece and several special friends.
