It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cynthia Billiar of New Bern, North Carolina, born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on February 25, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Wesley Hill; and her brother Wesley "Boo" Hill. She is survived by: her mother Mary Hill of Angola, NY; her husband Stephen Billiar; her children, Genevieve Elizabeth Guthrie (Ian) of Morehead City, Chrystal Ann Marie Billiar of Colorado Springs, CO, Stephen John Billiar (Courtney) of Morehead City and Wesley Albert Billiar (Mercy Cin) of New Bern; her brother Leonard Hill of Angola, NY; and her grandchildren, Emily Selby, Alayna Selby, Izabella Selby, Ryleigh Billiar and June Billiar. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In keeping with the CDC guidelines pertaining to the Coronavirus, those who are ill or at-risk (elderly, immune-compromised) are encouraged to stay home.
