It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cleta Rowe (New Bern, North Carolina), who passed away on December 5, 2018, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Alvin Ernest; her husband William Rowe; and her siblings, Mildred Riggs, Alvin "Buddy" Tingle and William E. "Sonny" Tingle.
She is survived by: her parent Eva Edwards Tingle; her daughters, Evann R. Duncan (John) of Monroe and Rosemary Rowe (Edward Madej) of Helena, MT; her grandchildren, Amanda Duncan and William Andrew "Andy" Duncan; and her great grandchildren, Sam and Jacob Duncan.
