She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Wagner; her son-in-law Chris Wagner; her grandchildren, Sophia and Dylan Wagner of New Bern, NC.; her mother Ann Wood of Silver Spring, MD; and her siblings, Sherry Owens and David Wood.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Cindy may be made to CarolinaEast Foundation for the benefit of "Thera-Paws Furapy At Its Best".
