She is survived by: her husband Joe Smith; her children, Tim Wiggins (Amy), Gene Wiggins (Tracy) of Kennansville, NC, Jim Wiggins (Hailey) of Goldsboro, NC and Christy Jarman (KJ) of Kinston, NC; and her brother Jean Vincent (Tim). She is also survived by several grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
