He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jeannine Merrell, Sr and Calvin Merrell, Sr.; and his sisters, Marilyn Boyd (Jim), Brenda Laughinghouse (Kenneth), Debra Pless (Mike), Cindi Garrett, Neva Elks (Mike) and Lessi Lonstad (Ken Perkins). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Calvin's name to Craven County Hospice.
