She was predeceased by: her parents, Theopholus Dulaney and Zobeda Dulaney; her children, Terry and Rodney; her husband Winfred M. King, Sr.; and her siblings, Charles, Theo, Chapman, Myrtle, Mary and Gloria.
She is survived by: her son Mac King (Sara); her son-in-law Chris Liebl (Janice); her grandchildren, Lara Lee Waters (Matthew), Kyle Liebl (Brooke), Michael Liebl (Alex), Mary Beth Harton (Kasey), Eric Liebl, Jenn Bacon (Nate), Tate Junis (Chuck), Maggie Ryan and Faith Ryan; her great grandchildren, Calvin, Cameron Liebl, Robbie Harton, Lucy Liebl, Levi Bacon, Ellie and Phillip Junis; and her sister Agnes Padgett. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to MOSAIC Senior Adult Ministries at Garber United Methodist Church, 4201 Country Club Road, New Bern, NC 28562.
