It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Harris Rowe of New Bern, North Carolina, who passed away on November 26, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Harris and Jean Harris of New Bern. She is survived by: her husband Orell Rowe (O. V.); her children, Kathy R. McKenna (Charles), Jeannie R. Holton (Dennis) and Fred Rowe (John); and her brother Bill Harris of New Bern. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
