He is survived by: his wife Linda Sullivan; his son Barry Alan Sullivan, Jr. of Sterling, Virginia; his stepson Samuel D. Lester (Kristen); his granddaughter Calliope Lester of Thornton, Colorado; his sister Sharon Leary (Austin) of Worcester, Massachusetts; and his siblings-in-law, David Nissen (Katie) of Suwanee, Georgia, Bob Nissen (Susan) of Fairfax, Raymond Nissen (Mary) of Fairfax, Virginia, Susan Coddington of Kingston and Jan Jones (Tom) of Milford. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Barry's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
