She was predeceased by: her husband James Nathan Fulcher, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, James N. Fulcher, Jr. (Caryl) of Chapel Hill, Donna Haas of New Bern, Janet Hill (James) of New Bern and Andrea Parham (Sumner Malone III) of New Bern; her grandchildren, Justin Baker, Michael Duncan, Emily Patterson, Sarah Fulcher and Tyler Cohn; and her great grandchildren, Mia Duncan, Maisie Duncan and Sutton Cohn. She is also survived by her family, friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to Gentiva Hospice, 1423 S Glenburnie Rd #A, New Bern, NC 28562.
