She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Manly Mallard and Ella Mallard; her husband Benny Clifford Carter; her sister Therian Wilson; her children, Timothy Carter, Brian Carter and Celeste C. Kenney (Roger) of Carolina Beach, N. C; her grandsons, Matt Hasell of Charlotte, N. C., Marc Hasell of Yellowstone and Daniel Carter of Pelham; her great grandchild Grant Carter of Panama City; her niece Phyllis Carter of Trent Woods; and her nephew Jack Wilson (Angie) of Kinston, NC.
