She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Raymond Cartwright and Mary Stevenson Cartwright (Molly); and her siblings, Charlie, Bob, Frank, Alice and Anne.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Wingard, Jr. (Grace), Jan Raynor (Tony), Pam Albert and Patti Spencer (Jimë); her grandchildren, Jeanette Towne, Jennifer Taveras (Willy), Laura Bain (Logan), Amanda Diaz, Jon, Ashley, Andrew (Becca), James, Alyssa Albert, Ryan Raynor, Janna Holaday (Jon), Logan, Jordan Spencer, Megan Sullivan (Sully), Heather Williams (Stephen) and Josh Towne (Angela); her great grandchildren, Marina, Will, Taylor Taveras, Ryker, Evelyn Bain, Tyson Raynor, Jaleigh Kinard, Canaan, Elias McCauley, Sparrow, Ashton Spencer, Lexi Rae Williams, Caleb and Andrew Towne; and her precious Lord. She is also survived by Momma/Grandma.
