She was predeceased by: her father Gregory O'Malley; and her grandmother Dorothy Kerr (Paul). She is survived by: her mother Cynthia Martinez; her children, Jerry Allen York (Amanda), Patricia Eborn, Joshua Eborn and Leigh Anne Eborn; her siblings, Sean O'Malley, Daniel Martinez, Paul Jamison, Alejandra O'Malley and Deanna Hanna (Jason); and her stepmother Claudia O'Malley.
