He was predeceased by: his wives, June Foote and Margaret Foote; and his son Russell Weldon Foote. He is survived by: his daughters, Darci Kelly (Jonathan) and Kimberly Buck (Frankie); his siblings, Chuck Foote and Tillie Derminer; his grandchildren, Madison Kelly, Benjamin Buck (Theresa) and Rebecca Morton (David); his great grandchildren, Hayden Buck, Eden Morton, Asher Morton and Hadassah Morton; his stepchildren, Rev. David J. Harriss (Marisol), Jane Harriss Naus (Kevin) and Ann Harriss Holland; and his stepgrandchildren, Aaron D. Holland, Francisco J. Harriss and Maya C. Harriss.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Mission Fund at Beech Grove United Methodist Church.
