He was predeceased by: his parents, Gabe Forrest Jolly and Mary Louise Cook Jolly; and his siblings, John Wilbur Jolly, Gabe Forrest Jolly, Jr., James Michael Jolly and Mary Carol Jolly Lafferty.

He is survived by: his daughter Tina Jolly Harlow (Michael); his grandchildren, Andy Harlow (Kali) of Statesboro, GA and Tiffany Whaley (Jesse); his great grandchild Harlow Avery Whaley of Portal, GA; his sister-in-law Rebecca Jolly of New Bern; his nieces, Letha Michele Roberts of Georgetown, SC and Ashleigh Nicole Jolly of Boise, ID; and his pets, Scooter, Skeeter and Bella.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or local animal rescues.
