She was predeceased by: her husband Luther Edward Warren; her parents, David Mayo and Ruby Mayo; her brother James David Mayo; and her son-in-law Richard Lamb.

She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Lamb, Debra Clark (Osborne), Sherri Toler (Shelton) and Becky Wadford (Bobby); her sister Sandra Causey (Bruce); her grandchildren, Ricky Lamb, Sheila Bramante (Bill), Melissa Scott (Carlton), Lorie Smith (Eric), Nathan Toler (Crystal), Eddie Wadford and Bobby "Little Bob" Wadford; and her great grandchildren, Brooke, Gabriella, Sofia, Taylor, Emma Claire, Elin, Adilynn, Brinleigh, Layla and James.
