He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas F. Hollifield, Sr. and Polly Ann Anderson Hollifield; his wife Fairah Suttles Hollifield; his sons, Timothy Brian Hollifield and Dennis Jeffrey Mills; and his brother Herman Ray Hollifield.
He is survived by: his brother Donald Hollifield; and his pet Tanner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Beam Funeral Service & Crematory (2170 Rutherford Rd, Marion, NC 28752). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at the McDowell Memorial Park (327 Memorial Park Rd, Marion, NC 28752).
