With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Smith Jb of Nebo, North Carolina, born in Young Harris, Georgia, who passed away on October 24, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver William Smith and Evia Lee Presley Smith; his wife Leona Conner Smith; his children, Brenda Smith and Mark Smith; his sibling Corabell Smith; his granddaughter Cynthia "Cindy" Lynn Smith; and his great grandchild Riley Quinn Smith.
He is survived by: his children, James Smith (Cindy), David Smith (Betty), Patricia Owenby (Jimmy), Linda Fowler (Steve) and Charles "Chuck" Smith (Kim); and his siblings, Anna Rose Conner, Beatrice Frady and Claude Smith (Fern). He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, thirty-eight great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
