It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Lee Fullwood of Nebo, North Carolina, who passed away on December 13, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Robert Lee is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Robert Lee's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harvey Fullwood and Mary Etta Hardy Fullwood; his sister Minnie Belle Tate; and his nephew William "Eddie" Tate. He is survived by: his nieces, Barbara Pearson (William) and Lynnette Jones; and his nephew Don Tate.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Beam Funeral Service & Crematory (2170 Rutherford Rd, Marion, NC 28752). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at the St. John A. M. E Church Cemetery (7909 US 70 E, Nebo, NC 28761).
