He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara and Hezekiah Patton, Jr.; his daughter Tasha Lee Patton; and his wife Anita Patton. He is survived by: his son Robert "Bobby" Hezekiah Patton; and his siblings, Debbie Wilson and Roger Patton. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
