She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. James and Mae Marlow Martin; her husband Eugene Toney; her son Dwayne Eugene Toney; her grandson Jerry Reel, Jr.; and her sister Elwina Hogan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathryn Graham (Donald), Debra Lail (Tim) and Carolyn Reel (Jerry); her grandchildren, Andrew Toney (Heather), Tiffany Lail, Stephanie Lail, Christy Garcia and Robbie Reel (Harley); her siblings, Ralph Martin, Roy Martin (Patricia), Marge Buff, Nell Thompson and Christine Martin; and her brother-in-law Grady Hogan. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
