He was predeceased by: his parents, John Elliott and Beulah Ricker Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Watkins Elliott; his siblings, Lois Cauthen, Brenda Estep, Kathy Morrow (John), Roger Elliott and Steve Elliott (Paula); and his brothers-in-law, Richard Lonon (Betty) and Ronnie Watkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
