He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Vernon Beam and Dora Lee Black Beam. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Hensley Beam; his sons, Joseph Christopher Beam (Toni) and Justin Thomas Beam (April); his siblings, Becky Frady (Greg), Patricia Beam, Christina Beam Conley (Chris) and Tim Beam (Gennie); and his grandchildren, Logan, Zachary, Karissa and Matthew. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
