He was predeceased by: his father Dewey Paul Washburn; and his son Roger Neil Washburn. He is survived by: his mother Gladys Crosby Washburn of Nebo; his wife Rebecca Lawing Washburn; his son James Nicholas Washburn (Tammy); his grandchildren, Brooke, Gabe Washburn, Eden and Jax Washburn; and also Phedra Wood.
