He is survived by: his wife Dolores Patton; his daughter Renee Brittian (Tim); and his siblings, Leatha Tripp, Dorothy Grigg (Carmie), Paul Patton (Donna), Johnny Patton (Debbie), James Patton (Mary Jane), Steve Patton (Carolyn) and Kenneth Patton (Jean). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
