It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellis Anthony of Nebo, North Carolina, who passed away on June 21, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Denny Anthony and Emma McClure Anthony; and his sisters, Marila Braswell and Norma Hollifield. He is survived by: his wife Rosa Marie Suttles Anthony; his sisters, Elouise Anthony and Algerine Gouge; and his close friends, Dennis, Denise Thompson, Jeff Mills, Nick, Reanna, Rowan and Wren Edwards. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
