He is survived by: his wife Sandy Miller; his children, Chip Miller, David Miller Jr., Kim Maney (Mark) and Karen Staggs (Gregg); and his brothers, Gene Miller (Barbara), Danny Miller (Nancy) and Eddie Miller (Denise). He is also survived by several grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
