He was predeceased by: his parent Jerry Burdett Whittington; his grandparents, Hiram Whittington, Sylvia Patton and David Edwards; his aunt Gail Eller; and his uncle Allen Edwards.
He is survived by: his mother Donna Whittington; his grandmother Genevieve Whittington; his brothers, Matthew, Daniel and Mark Whittington; his aunts and uncles, Debbie Lambert, Sheila Edwards, Brian Edwards and Jeff Whittington; and his cousins, Lori Walker, Tracy McCall and Ben Collingsworth.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
