She was predeceased by: her father Tom Ward; and her son Christopher Wayne English. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Wayne English; her son Mark Harkleroad (Kathy); her brother Steve Gardner (Shelby); her grandchildren, Casey, Christy, Noah and Hannah; her great grandchildren, Zander, Colton, Christian, Jonathan and Paislee; her nephews, Steven and Spencer Gardner; and her close friends, Linda Radford, Susie Causby, Glenna McCracken, Trish Cox, Angie Arrowood and Terri Williams.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
