She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Lee and Helen Blanche Looney Wright; her brother Donald Hostetter; and her husband Tim Adams. She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Lewis of Nebo and Elizabeth Adams (Aaron Vassey) of Rutherfordton; her grandchildren, Trey Lewis (Taylor), Alex Lewis, Katie Vassey, Andrew Vassey and Caleb Vassey; and her great grandchild Riley Ann Lewis.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Barbara's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Hospice of Rutherford County.
