He is survived by: his children, Shirlena Wright of Texas and Lewis "Squeak" "Pops" Thomas of Elyria; his grandchildren, Christian Kimbrough of Texas, Serentity Courtney of Texas, Toree Thomas, Kobe Thomas and Lewis Gallangher of Elyria; his siblings, Maurice Canty of Navassa, NC, Nathan Canty of Texas, Rubin Cantry of New York City and Yvonne Canty of Navassa, NC.; and his uncles, Blease White (Bettie) of Indiana and John Pinkney (Stella) of New York City. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
