He was predeceased by: his parents, Stacy Fulford and Hazel Fulford; his sons, Chris Fulford and Jason Fulford; and his siblings, Dorothy Brayboy and Stacy Fulford.
He is survived by: his son Stacy Fulford (Caitlin) of Elizabethton, TN; his sisters, Michelle Smith of Whitakers, Charlotte Sills of Elm City and Donnae Rackley of Rocky Mount; his sister-in-law Priscilla Fulford of Wasilla, AK; his grandchildren, Collen, Alana, Kayleigh, Ezrah and Caydence; and his close friend Bobby Scott Joyner.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM at the Gospel Missionary Baptist Church (8444 Town Creek Rd, Rocky Mount, NC 27803). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
