He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Foster and Hattie Catlett Maye; and his siblings, Joe Maye, Bud Maye, Lonnie Maye and Polly Wall.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy H Brandt; his daughters, Lauryn Maye Fowler (Chris), Sarah Maye Matthews (Cory), Monica Worley (Alan) and Kelly Thomas (Chad); and his grandchildren, Katie Reaves (Brad), Steven Worley, Carter Matthews and Harper Matthews. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
