He was predeceased by: his brother Truman Davenport. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Davenport; his children, Daniel Davenport (Terry) and Teresa Kao (Steve); his siblings, Ken Davenport and Jeannette Coppedge (Dal); his grandchildren, Caleb, Bethany, Micah, Jeremy (Kristina), Connor and Alston; and his great grandchild Kate.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Red Oak Baptist Church, 5515 Red Oak Road, Red Oak, NC. 27868.
