She is survived by: her children, Rachel Foster of Nashville, NC, Katherine Johnson of Wilson, NC, David Lee Mills of Richmond, VA and Danny Mills; and her siblings, Edith Norwood (Lou Mitchell Richardson), Ruby Winstead of Rocky Mount, NC, Florine Silver of Enfield, NC, Katie Palmer (Virginia Adams) of Hampton, VA and William Louis Boone of Aventon, NC. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
