She is survived by: her children, Ashley Bell (Scott) of Rocky Mount and Andrew Wilson of Rocky Mount; her stepdaughters, Stefanie Manning (Philip) of Rocky Mount and Sara James (Skylar McKinney) of Nashville; her siblings, Linda Evans (Doug) and Wayne Johnson (Glenn); and her mother Geraldine Johnson. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
