He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Webb and Maggie Joyner Webb; and his sister Mildred Rodgers. He is survived by: his siblings, Peggy Webb Speight (Roscoe) of Rocky Mount and William M. "Bill" Webb (Denise) of Nashville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended relatives.
